A) New hydraulic cylinders (2) V90
B) New Injection Cushing cylinders (4) AV50
C) Replace all O rings on hydraulic valves and filters
D) Flush hydraulic tank, clean magnets and filters
E) Toshiba motor: clean, inspect, replace bearings and bake windings, and tested
F) New pump cartridges, original Tokimec, replace pump bearings and seals
G) Blow mold cylinders: replace seals and bolts
H) New Bottom mold cylinders and bolts
I) Heater exchange: clean, dip, pressure test, new zinc bars (4) and gaskets
J) New air cylinder: blow core, stretch, heat pot, heat core, slide plate and eject.
K) New Hydraulic hoses: Yates brand
L) Inspect high pressure air valves and check valves.
M) Injection mold main clamp unit cylinder: replace metal rings and seals
N) Inspection unit IU-35: inspect wear ring, replace bearing, V pack, bushing, seals and metal rings. Inspect barrel heater electric wire connectors
O) New paint inside and outside
N) Replace bad Plexiglas on safety cage with 1/4"

Certification List Update:
A) Hydraulic tank: clean, filter, magnets and flush: done
B) V2 pump unit: new seal kit, bearing and grease up couplings: done
C) Low pressure air: no air leaks, all Cushing working, replaced 8 mufflers and will install new seal kit for the stretch cylinder.
D) Barrel heaters: replaced 2 and thermocouple holders replaced 3 missing pins.
E) New paint inside and out: done
F) Safety cage new Lexan: done
G) Hydraulic hoses replacing 14 of them and 8 have been replaced.
H) Injection unit IU 35 with 64 long screw: will replace bearing, V pack, bushing, seals, metal rings, inspect wear ring and hone cylinder: done
I) Mounting holes for mold: inspected
J) Heater exchange: remove end cap and inspected, new zinc bars: done
