A) Toshiba motor: clen, inspect & replace bearings and bake winding & test
B) Pump units: Inspect shafts for gear, front housing bearing journal & cartridges for wear, replace
bearings, and seals.
C) Flush hydraulic tank and clean magnets
D) Heater exchange: clean, dip, pressure test, new zinc bars (4) & gaskets
E) Inspect unit IU 110: Replace bearing, V pack, cover bushing, O rings, metal rings, injection
cylinder cover wear ring a) inspect wear ring b) inspect barrel, screw & heater bands electric wires
F) Lower & upper mold cylinders: new seals, hone cylinders & inspect wear
G) Air cylinders: replace seals
H) Inspect high pressure air valves & check valves
I) Replace all hydraulic hoses with Yates brand
J) Replace all O rings on hydraulic valves and filters
K) Replace bad Plexiglas on safety cage with 1/4”
